I am honored to share conversations and articles that highlight faith, health, and the journey toward wholeness as you learn to Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way®. Below is a selection of recent featured blog articles and podcast interviews.
Restore Your Body. Renew Your Soul.
Realign Your Spirit.™
I discuss with Meridith Foster, host of The Unfolding Podcast, how years of striving, chronic stress, and pressure slowly disconnected me from the signals my body, soul, and spirit had been sending me for years. God used my journey through cancer, chronic illness, profound grief, and cardiac arrest, to redirect my life and reshape my understanding of faith, health, and stewardship of the body, soul, and spirit He entrusted to each of us. God wants us to slow down, live with intention, and care for ourselves as temples of His Holy Spirit. This conversation is a reminder that healing begins when striving ends.
In this intimate episode of Have Faith Let It Begin with host Angel Santana, I share how God has lovingly redirected my life through a journey I did not choose.
What began as a thriving legal career shifted into a season of suffering when I was diagnosed with cancer. What followed was not a single crisis, but a prolonged period of chronic illness, profound grief, and a sudden cardiac arrest that brought me to the brink.
With honesty, I reflect on how God transformed my life—from a life of striving to survive into a life of stewardship to serve Him.
This conversation is about what it means to trust God there.
Not in the breakthrough.
Not in the outcome.
But in the middle of a journey you would not have chosen.
We explore what it means to hold onto God when your body does not respond, when your soul is in turmoil, and when your spirit is crushed—when surrender becomes the only way forward.
If your journey has taken you beyond your strength or your understanding––I pray this episode reminds you that even in the places that feel most unclear and unsettling, God is present… and He is still at work.
What if your diagnosis was never meant to have the final say?
In this episode of Faith Over Pharma with host Susan Gladstein, I walk through my journey from a cancer diagnosis through years of chronic illness to a sudden cardiac arrest that required fifty minutes of CPR — and what God revealed to me through each of those seasons about what healing truly requires.
For a long time, I was doing everything I believed I was supposed to do. I had access to excellent medical care. I followed the protocols. I pushed through. But my body was telling a different story — and I was not listening. What I did not understand then was how deeply fear, prolonged stress, and the internal pressure to strive were affecting me at a level medicine was not designed to reach.
What emerged from those seasons was a deeper understanding of healing — one that encompasses the body, the soul, and the spirit. Through the Triune Temple Journey™, I have come to understand that physical symptoms are often signals of something deeper — emotional, mental, and spiritual — that has not yet been addressed. This is not a conversation about replacing medical care, but about understanding what medicine alone was never designed to address.
If you are navigating chronic illness, persistent symptoms, or a faith and health journey that has left you with more questions than answers, I invite you to listen to this conversation. God cares about every part of you — body, soul, and spirit — and true healing begins when we begin to care for the whole person, He created us to be.
In this episode of Tirzah at the Table, host Alycia Johnson and I explore holistic healing and wholeness through the lens of my personal faith and health journey—from cancer and chronic illness to cardiac arrest recovery.
In a conversation centered on identity in Christ, we discuss how God cares about every part of us—body, soul, and spirit—and why true wholeness begins not with perfection or striving, but with embracing who you are in Him as a beloved daughter of the King, with confidence and freedom.
This episode offers hope and encouragement for young women—all women—in seasons of struggle with identity and belonging. It invites you to embody whole-person care and trust God with every part of your healing journey.
When your marriage feels broken, it can affect you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
In this March 11, 2026 episode of Fight For Your Marriage, host Lori Lassen and I discuss whole-person healing—body, soul, and spirit—and why physical, emotional, mindset, and spiritual health matter when you are standing for your marriage and seeking restoration.
This episode is for you if you have been:
· Living in chronic stress
· Struggling with anxiety, exhaustion, or brain fog
· Feeling spiritually drained
· Wondering why this season is taking such a toll on your health
Our conversation will help you understand how God designed every part of you to work together—and how caring for your physical and emotional health, as well as your mindset, can strengthen your spiritual walk and give you endurance to persevere through long seasons of waiting.
Standing for your marriage does not mean neglecting yourself. It means stewarding the temple God has given you while you trust Him for restoration.
You do not have to choose between faith and health. God cares about all of you.
In this episode of In Awe By Bruce, I join host Bruce T. Davis to share my 20-year faith and health journey—from a near-fatal cancer diagnosis through years of chronic illness and complications to a sudden cardiac arrest that required 50 minutes of CPR to restart my heart. By God’s grace and mercy, I am now 20 years cancer-free and celebrating one year of miraculous survivorship from cardiac arrest.
There are seasons in life when every part of you feels broken at once—when your body is worn, your soul is wounded, and your spirit feels weary. During my own journey, I discovered that God rebuilds what has been broken within us.
What emerged from that journey was a Scripture-rooted framework for holistic health and wholeness that I call the Triune Temple Journey™––Restore Your Body. Renew Your Soul. Realign Your Spirit™.
If you are walking through a long season of healing, this conversation is for you. My hope is that it becomes a gentle invitation to allow God to continue His rebuilding work in your life.
Take a few minutes and listen. You may find yourself, as I have, simply in awe of the God who never stops building.
Scripture reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, entrusted to us by God. Stewardship of that gift is not vanity or self-indulgence. It is worship. Still, as moms, we often struggle to live that truth, especially when responsibilities feel relentless.
For many of us, it is not rebellion that pulls us off course—it is faithfulness without boundaries. We keep going, believing endurance alone is obedience. I believed that too—until God lovingly showed me otherwise.
