We are grateful you are here. Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way® LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides faith-centered resources, coaching programs, educational offerings, and digital products intended to support your journey to Restore Your Body. Renew Your Soul. Realign Your Spirit™. 

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including all Protected Materials (defined below)—is the exclusive property of Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way® LLC, protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

Protected Materials include, but are not limited to:

Proprietary Frameworks & Original Works

  • All original graphics, charts, tables, illustrations and iconography created specifically for the Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way® Signature Faith and Health Collection and all associated components

  • All written work, digital downloads, guides, charts, diagrams, models, worksheets, templates, and graphics

  • All current and future educational, instructional, coaching, inspirational and spiritual holistic health and wellness materials

No part of these materials may be reproduced, shared, adapted, published, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from the Company.

2. Personal Use Only/Licensing & Permissions Requirements

Unless prior written permission to use Protected Materials is granted by the Company in a separate written license agreement under Section 5 below, all content is provided for personal, individual use only.

You may NOT:

  • Share Protected Materials with groups

  • Use Protected Materials in Bible studies, ministries, coaching, wellness, counseling, instructional or educational programs

  • Incorporate Protected Materials into sermons, workshops, retreats, or courses

  • Create derivative works of Protected Materials

  • Teach from or replicate Protected Materials

  • Upload PDFs of Protected Materials to group or other platforms

Additional Licensing & Permissions Requirements

To request permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, adapt, or otherwise use any portion of the Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way® Protected Materials beyond personal use, please email:

Your request must include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Your organization or ministry (if applicable)

  • The specific material you wish to use

  • Your intended purpose

  • The number of participants or audience size

  • The format of use (print, digital, teaching, group setting, etc.)

No group, organizational, ministry, educational, or professional use of any Protected Materials is permitted without prior written permission from the Company.

3. Coaching, Educational, and Holistic Health and Wellness Services

The Company may offer current or future:

  • Digital courses

  • Masterclasses

  • Coaching (individual or group)

  • Bible study facilitation

  • Faith and Health programs

  • Wellness programs

  • Online events

  • Membership or community services

These services are covered under these Terms and remain proprietary to the Company.

Use of ANY Protected Materials in your own coaching, ministry, or educational services is prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.

4. Licensed Third-Party Materials

If the Company offers coaching, instructional, or educational services that incorporate licensed materials from other organizations, those materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Share

  • Adapt

  • Teach from

  • Incorporate
    those materials without authorization.

5. Licensing Program & Authorized Uses

Rebuild Your Temple, God’s Way® LLC offers limited, non-exclusive licenses for specific uses of Protected Materials.

A. Personal-Use License

You may use purchased materials solely for your own individual spiritual and wellness journey. No sharing, reproduction, group use, or teaching use is permitted without prior written permission.

B. Small Group / Church License

Churches, ministries, and small groups must obtain prior written permission before using Protected Materials in Bible studies, workshops, classes, retreats, or teaching environments.

 

C. Organizational / Ministry License

Nonprofits, wellness organizations, Christian educators, and ministry teams must obtain prior written permission to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or teach from Protected Materials.

D. Practitioner License

Coaches, counselors, wellness providers, or professionals who wish to incorporate the Triune Temple Journey™ Framework or other proprietary materials into services must request permission. Additional terms or agreements may apply.

E. How to Request Permission

No use beyond personal study is permitted without written permission from the Company.

6. No Medical or Professional Advice

Company content is faith-based educational content only and does not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or pastoral counseling. It is offered for health and wholeness, spiritual encouragement, biblical reflection, and educational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
